We are a platform for knowledge transfer and an archive at the same time. We want to create an information base on the topic of Extended Reality (XR). Our goal is transparency.
XR-Thinktank and Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf are planning a joint event on the topic of extended reality. On March 12, 2026, a networking event will take place at the Turbinenhalle Düsseldorf. Representatives from business, politics, science, and media will meet with XR producers and experts in immersive media.
Immersive technologies have already been introduced in a wide variety of areas and are adding value, e.g., in education and training, healthcare, quality management and assurance, process optimization, and occupational safety, e.g., at network companies and municipal utilities.
In the digital age, opportunities for interaction between people in virtual spaces can be created that go far beyond the possibilities in the real world. There are virtually no limits to the imagination.
XR-Thinktank supports this development and aims to promote knowledge transfer.
